WORKOUT RESULTS FOR 29 APRIL 2022 ================================= Had my first workout with a trainer today. I wasn't expecting him to focus on HIIT, especially when I had made clear my interest in learning to work with barbells, but I went with it. It wasn't easy, but I got through it and the trainer seemed pleased with my efforts. Some of the exercises I could easily do at home.
